- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take and relay messages in a professional manner
- Perform accurate data entry in Sage, including invoicing, purchase orders, payables, and other related tasks
- Generate purchase order numbers and verify accounting codes on payable invoices with a high level of accuracy
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to various teams
- Order, track, and maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized and stocked
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including coordinating deliveries and organizing shipments
- Assist with research, ad hoc projects, and process improvements across departments
- Cross-train with other administrative staff to provide coverage during absences
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or similar experience required
- Experience in a construction or industrial environment is considered a strong asset
- Strong Excel skills are required
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry and numbers
- Ability to take initiative and work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office systems
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and think critically
- Reliable, adaptable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Salary based on experience
- Full benefits provided after probationary period
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
