• The analytics services we deliver provides Wealth business stakeholders analytics and actionable insights to help drive meaningful business decisions and results.
• The team provides a holistic Wealth lens for revenue growth, cost reduction, risk management, customer service, etc.
• The goal of the team is to develop framework and automation solutions to help build and deploy robust and high-performing analytics solutions through introducing best-practices.

• Work closely with business owners to identify opportunities and serve as an ambassador for data science.
• Be familiar with the business context and data infrastructure and can translate business problems to viable data science solutions.
• Use a wide range of programing languages (e.g. Python) and techniques for extracting and preparing data, applying statistics and various advanced analytics, along with business acumen to extract insights from the big data.
• Visualize insights from the data to tell and illustrate stories that clearly convey the meaning of results to decision-makers and stakeholders at every level of technical understanding.
• Collaborate with other partners, such as data and business analysts, software engineer, data engineers, and application developers to develop scalable and sustainable data science solutions that retains long term benefit to the business.

• Technical knowledge or experience with Cloud environments (MS Azure)
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with: Python/Pyspark, SQL, Tableau and Power BI (1 of these)
• Experience with analyzing large data sets, drawing insights and inferences, and communicating outputs.
• Experienced with Data/Text Mining, Optimization, Automation, Data Visualization, Simulation
• Reading and comprehending data schemas, metadata, entity relationship diagrams and other technical documentation as well as as well as writing documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills as well as a passion for analytics are necessary.
• Databricks experience.
• Synapse experience.

• Experience presenting in front of large teams is a plus.
• Banking experience.
• Powershell
• Project Management experience. The project requires working and communicating with stakeholders.
