
Sales Manager, Canada

- Manage and grow sales of refrigerant products and services across Canada.
- Drive customer adoption of A-Gas programs, including job-site recovery and cylinder exchange services, by identifying opportunities and demonstrating value.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in target markets while building a sustainable pipeline for growth.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty, repeat business, and account expansion.
- Support commercial strategies through pricing alignment, promotional campaigns, lead generation, and customer segmentation in collaboration with Marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and excellent customer service.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and reports to customers and decision-makers.
- Represent A-Gas at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to build brand visibility and expand networks.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates
- Share market intelligence and customer insights to help shape future product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Align with Regulatory and Compliance on refrigerant sales and quota requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent sales experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial, chemical, or refrigerant sectors.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, relationship management, and consistent sales growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling style.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across Canada.
