- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the crew.
- Ensure compliance with corporate health and safety policies.
- Receive and deliver daily task assignments from the site supervisor.
- Collaborate with other supervisors in the planning and scheduling process.
- Requisition necessary materials and supplies.
- Address work-related issues and recommend measures to enhance productivity.
- Train workers or facilitate training opportunities for team members.
- Operate heavy equipment as required
- Physically fit, with the ability to walk, climb, drive (day or night), reach above, at, or below shoulder height, and bend, crouch, kneel, or crawl.
- Capable of sitting, standing, or driving for more than 90 minutes each day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg).
- 3 + years construction experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Proficient in providing clear verbal and written instructions.
