
Sprinkler Project Manager

- Plan and review the scope of the project;
- Plan and sequence activities and resources to complete the project;
- Develop schedules and proceed to time estimating/allocation;
- Oversee the preparation of all documentation required for the realization of the project;
- Oversee the creation charts and schedules;
- Analyze and manage risks and issues;
- Oversee the submission safety documentation;
- Monitor and report projects progresses and track contract changes;
- Work closely with vendors and do business partnering;
- Ensure quality control during all activities;
- Manage all project correspondence as the primary contact for the particular project.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or college diploma in fire protection or building mechanics or civil engineering, or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in standards and codes governing the conception and installation of automatic fire protection systems (an asset);
- Specific training in fire protection (an asset);
- Valid driver's license;
- Good knowledge of WHMIS.
