- Support all compensation programs including annual merit increases and the annual incentive processes.
- Develop in-depth costing models and quantitative analysis using Excel or Power BI.
- Administer Quarterly Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) payouts.
- Data collection and participation in annual and ad-hoc compensation and total rewards surveys.
- Support compensation analyses using internal data and external market information.
- Assist with job evaluation process.
- Conduct research and complete data analysis requests to support Labour Relations and collective bargaining needs.
- Provide administrative and analytical support across total rewards programs, including wellness, leaves, benefits, pension and retirement savings, and core operations.
- Assist with the development, preparation and distribution of total rewards communication materials.
- Ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree/college diploma or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant HR and/or total rewards experience with emphasis on compensation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel managing complex spreadsheets and large data sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when presenting to diverse groups.
- Experience working in a unionized environment and/or shared services model is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical data information to all levels of the organization.
- Able to work effectively in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
