
Corporate Parts Inventory Analyst

- Report Creation and Running (Inventory Control / Pricing / Supplier Performance)
- Sourcing inventory from internal and external suppliers
- Distributing inventory throughout the network
- Manage ongoing relationship with key vendors and their personnel
- Ensure update of all prices assigned align with our pricing strategy
- Provide input on pricing changes that need to be made
- Complete surplus returns and provide to stores to pick/execute
- Return Closeouts (AR Docs / Removal of Inventory)
- Special Projects (Product Changeover / Cross References / Strategic Sourcing)
- Create larger top up, seasonal or container load orders to be reviewed by Inventory Manager
- Additional Duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as VBA, DAX, Python, SQL and others.
- Previous experience working within a parts department would be an asset, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical / critical thinker who can problem solve and think outside the box
- Strong work ethic, willing to put in extra time as needed to get the job done
- Experience with Power BI or similar systems an asset
