This respected, high-responsibility role is essential in ensuring safety, security, and operational continuity.If you are reliable, motivated, and take pride in making a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to grow your career within one of Canada's most trusted security organizations.About the RoleIn this position, you will act as a liaison between the client and the on-site security team. You will communicate directly with the client and ensure scheduling and coverage requirements are clearly relayed to the Divisional Coordination Centre. You will also communicate regularly with the Red Deer office to monitor site staffing needs and request additional manpower when required. The role includes escorting contractors within prison grounds, ensuring guards maintain required clearances and passes, and using computers and mobile devices for email and communication.Why This Role Is ImportantYour work helps ensure clear communication, proper staffing coverage, and secure site operations. - Valid Alberta Security License
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver's License, Class 5 and access to a person vehicle
- Ability to use computers and mobile devices for email and communication
- Willingness to obtain required clearances
- Ability to walk and patrol through the site
- Capabilities to escort contractors safely with prison grounds
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
- Physical readiness to response to site needs
