Mentor and coach peers who are new in role or to the industry, as needed. 3+ years' experience implementing time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems Must be bilingual in English and French Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent professional experience SHRM, FPC, CPP a plus Excellent communication and consulting skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain agile in accommodating changes in business practices within the organization or industry.
