
Enterprise Technical Consultant

- 7+ years of experience advising on technical transformation solutions for large enterprises or in a consultative pre-sales engineering role
- Background in a customer facing role in IT technology, preferably with a portfolio that includes hardware, software, and services
- Expertise in building and delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations and seminars
- Solid understanding of Apple products and customer needs that can be translated into a compelling solution in real-time
- Strong sales experience, including: qualifying, overcoming objections and obstacles, and closing business
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Broad experience selling complex technical solutions
- IT leadership and/or pre-sales consultation experience a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS and iOS/iPadOS
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists
- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships
- Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen high-level customer relationships
