**Experienced Housekeeper - Private Home | 2-3 Days/Week | Langley, BC** We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to join our home on a regular basis. This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work, is highly efficient, and genuinely enjoys keeping a home running smoothly. **Schedule** 2 days per week to start, ideally Tuesdays and Fridays though flexible on specific days, with the possibility of an occasional 3rd day added as needed. Shifts are approximately 6-8 hours. Morning arrival is required. Days and tasks will vary week to week based on household needs, and you'll work from a rotating task list so every visit is purposeful and well-organized. Days are intentionally spaced 1-2 days apart to keep the home consistently maintained. **Responsibilities include:** - Full home cleaning - all rooms, surfaces, and common areas - Laundry including bedding and linens - Washing floors and vacuuming throughout - Deep cleaning tasks on rotation (fridge, appliances, stripping and cleaning couches, etc.) - Putting away grocery deliveries - Stocking and organizing household supplies - General organization and tidying - Occasional light errands (mileage compensated) - Other household tasks as they come up **What we're looking for:** - Proven experience in a housekeeping or similar role - Extremely detail-oriented - you notice what others miss - Efficient and self-directed - you don't need to be told twice - Trustworthy and reliable with excellent references - Must be a non-smoker - Must be comfortable around pets and genuinely love animals **Compensation** Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
