We're two full-time working parents-one of us works from home two days a week-so we're looking for someone who is confident, kind, and proactive, and can provide warm, responsive care throughout the day. We'd love to find someone with an Early Childhood Education background who is familiar with or interested in respectful parenting, RIE, and Waldorf principles. We're aiming for a calm, child-led environment that encourages independent play, connection, and lots of time outdoors.
