Associate Litigation Lawyer (3-5 Years' Call)

• Insurance litigation
• Construction disputes
• Professional liability
• Shareholder and commercial disputes
• Self-regulatory and administrative law matters

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation files from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and written submissions
• Attend discoveries, mediations, pre-trials, and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior counsel on complex litigation matters
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate file management and meet all procedural deadlines

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of [Province]
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple files and deadlines independently
• High level of attention to detail and organization
• Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas is considered an asset
