Job Description: Job Title: Scrum Master – Orion Project Location: Nearshore preferred (Canada ) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coordinate delivery for the Orion Project, a medium/high-complexity initiative involving multiple cross-functional teams. The role requires not only agile facilitation but also holistic project oversight—covering both frontend and backend streams, risk management, and coordination with technical and non-technical contributors. Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies. Holistic Reporting: Provide comprehensive project reporting and status updates, not limited to frontend activities. Milestone Coordination: Coordinate, monitor, and track milestones and engagements critical to project success, working with Executive Assistants (EA) and other non-developer contributors. Risk & Issue Management: Maintain an aggregated log of risks, issues, and next steps that go beyond standard sprint review items. End-to-End Progress Oversight: Manage project progress and roadblocks with E2E reporting directly to the Project Lead. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with multiple teams (Experiences, Candyjet, MRG teams) and ensure a light version of EA review is incorporated when needed. Cross-Time Zone Coordination: Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, ensuring overlapping working hours where possible. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role in complex, multi-team environments. Proven ability to manage medium to high complexity projects involving diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, principles, and best practices. Exceptional coordination, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience in risk management and maintaining comprehensive project logs. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical contributors. Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Experience with nearshore/offshore collaboration models. Background in digital, eCommerce, or enterprise-scale technology projects.
