  • You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • Proven experience with large-scale, complex builds; ideally $100M+
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 for building master schedules and working them through to project completion
  • A passion for challenging, high-profile projects that demand precision, innovation, and grit
  • An ability to collaborate seamlessly with all stakeholders; from the site to the boardroom
  • A driven construction professional who thrives on solving problems and driving profitability
  • Curiosity and a hunger for learning new construction methods and technologies
  • A growth mindset, with the desire to elevate both your own skills and those of the team around you
  • A deep understanding of constructability and trade sequencing; or the confidence to find and understand the answers you don't have firsthand knowledge of already
