
IT SOLUTION ARCHITECT

- Ensure the integrity of all IT solutions, both in project and support modes;
- Design efficient information flows and integration tools for new projects;
- Participate in discussions among technical experts to develop robust and sustainable solutions;
- Act as a business partner with the company’s various business lines and maintain a global vision of organizational challenges;
- Participate in and support the proper use of existing systems according to business processes (e.g., WEB, ERP, OMS, etc.);
- Implement IT processes and ensure they are well understood and followed;
- Work closely with other IT department teams and external partners;
- Share knowledge with IT team members;
- Contribute to documenting IT solutions;
- Ensure IT solutions comply with cybersecurity standards;
- Monitor emerging technologies and propose new projects or solutions;
- Ensure that all technical aspects of software and hardware are integrated efficiently to meet business needs and requirements while maintaining security and sustainability;
- Establish strong business relationships with partners and vendors to maximize their contribution to the company;
- Participate in budget planning and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.

- Basic IT infrastructure knowledge: You possess foundational knowledge, including cloud computing
- University degree in Computer Science or related field;
- At least 5 years of IT experience in a retail or distribution environment;
- Functional bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written (The person must communicate outside Quebec);
- Knowledge of multiple IT applications and their use in a business context;
- Knowledge of software development and quality assurance methodologies;
- Basic understanding of programming languages, including SQL, .NET, and web development languages (PHP, Java, JavaScript);
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and IT infrastructure, including cloud computing;
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
