- Lead the execution of multiple workstreams across the program, develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, including detailed timelines and milestones. Drive milestones from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within scope.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Effectively manage the expectations of all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage internal and external dependencies across workstreams, including working closely with Business, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner to the relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to document current state processes, define future state requirements, and ensure the new implementations meet the needs of the business and its clients.
- Oversee the planning and execution of the data migration strategy, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data being moved to new platforms.
- Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committees.
- Develop individual project artifacts as necessary including Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRDs), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries.
- Strong & proven track record in technical project management and delivering complex solutions are essential.
- Experience in Capital Markets, Client Onboarding, and Operations.
- Significant experience in scoping, developing, and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce reports, documentation, and communicate with senior management. Ability to seamlessly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understanding different perspectives.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability.
- 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in managing system migration related projects.
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
- Project Management certifications e.g. PMP or equivalent.
