  • Manage and grow key national retail accounts across Canada, including major pharmacy and mass retail partners
  • Own the full account lifecycle: from onboarding and contracts through to execution and growth
Business Development & Program Building
  • Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Build and execute account-specific programs to drive sell-through and brand visibility
Retail Execution & Merchandising
  • Partner with buyers to negotiate listings, promotions, and merchandising plans
  • Support planogram development and in-store execution to maximize performance
Market Intelligence & Field Engagement
  • Conduct store visits and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners through regular communication and in-person engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on strategy, inventory, and marketing initiatives
  • Develop presentations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales within beauty, cosmetics, or CPG
  • Proven experience working with major Canadian retailers (e.g., pharmacy, mass, or grocery channels)
  • Background in skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
Corporate Culture
  • Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
  • 3 weeks vacation (flexible) + 6 personal days
