- You have experience serving food and working directly with customers
- You understand basic food safety (expiry dates, cross-contamination, hygiene, SafeCheck/FOODSAFE BC)
- You're reliable in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
- You're comfortable with food prep, cleaning, and teamwork
- You have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy helping customersKey responsibilities (title) Your responsibilitiesKey responsibilities (text) - Assist with basic cooking and food preparation
- Serve customers and provide a friendly, helpful experience
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Keep all food areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all IKEA food safety and waste-reduction policies
- Answer customer questions about ingredients and menu items
- Support teammates during peak times
- Learn IKEA's Swedish food products, specials, and prep standards
- Help meet daily/weekly sales goalsLet´s connect First 3 Months (Important)Your first 3 months will focus on:50% dishwashing
