As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, WSH, Claims Management, you will support with ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of workplace incidents and injury claims. With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless—from a rewarding career in WSH to continued growth and development with Aritzia.THE ROLEAs the Senior Specialist / Specialist, WSH, Claims Management, you will support with:
  • Executing timely and effective responses to workplace incidents
  • Delivering incident communications
  • Developing investigation procedures and leading incident investigations
  • Administering end-to-end workplace claims management
  • Coordinating modified duties and initiating Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) plans
THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Specialist / Specialist, WSH, Claims Management, has:
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in workplace safety and health with a focus on claims management
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATIONAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.The range for roles at this level is $50,000–$150,000 per year.
