Be a team; we are united to drive collective impact to achieve our goals.Position:We are currently hiring an intern looking for a fall term position, September to December 2026 in our Toronto office. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and plan to return to school after completing the internship to be eligible to apply.Responsibilities:

Support the automating existing accounting and finance processes, including reconciliations and payment workflows.
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to reduce manual effort and streamline operations.
Develop and enhance Excel based automation using VBA macros and Advanced Excel formulas and structured models.
Support the use of AI-enabled tools where applicable (e.g., document processing or exception analysis).
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains, automation, risk reduction and control enhancements.
Document process flows, business logic, automation design, and technical solutions in a clear and audit-ready manner.
Provide ad-hoc data analysis, reporting and operational support to the accounting team.

Requirements:
This role is well-suited for students with a strong interest in combining technology, programming, and finance/accounting to solve real-world business problems.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field).
Experience or strong interest in Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and macros.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Foundational understanding of accounting processes such as reconciliations and payments is preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment.
