We are seeking an Intermediate Systems Testing / QA Specialist to support testing activities for enterprise applications. The role involves designing test strategies, executing manual and automated testing, defect management, and ensuring system quality through functional, regression, accessibility, and performance testing within Agile delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and test cases
Perform manual and automated testing including functional, regression, and integration testing
Participate in defect triage meetings and produce defect summary reports
Execute system integration testing, specialized testing, and user acceptance testing
Develop and maintain automation testing scripts across multiple solutions
Use SQL queries to validate, extract, and generate test data
Work with project teams throughout analysis, design, development, and implementation phases
Ensure accessibility compliance using screen readers, syntax checking tools, and colour-contrast tools
Collaborate with development teams to identify issues and recommend remediation

Required Experience & Skills:

5-10 years of experience in automation and manual testing across enterprise applications
Solid experience triaging defects and leading defect triage meetings
Experience with Azure DevOps for defect tracking and test case management
Extensive experience performing regression testing using manual and automation scripts
Experience with multiple testing types including black box, security, penetration, system, unit, AODA, and UAT testing
Experience preparing detailed test cases and executing comprehensive test plans
Hands-on experience developing automation testing scripts
Strong SQL knowledge for validating and generating test data
Experience with DevOps / Agile / Scrum delivery environments
Experience with HTML5, WAI-ARIA, UX, and front-end accessibility validation tools

Work Mode: 100% Onsite (Monday-Friday, standard business hours)
