- Execute and evolve the company's annual marketing plan in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage our omnichannel marketing calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns.
- Lead content development for LinkedIn, email campaigns, tradeshows, and sales collateral.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, paid LinkedIn ads, and website performance.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to support product positioning and market differentiation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or post-grad certifications are also an asset).
- 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or functional ingredient/CPG space.
- Proven ability to drive strategy, manage multiple projects, and lead external agency relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for technical subject matter and storytelling.
- Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and project management tools.
