- What You'll Do:
- Leadership & Team Development: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing, motivating, and training a team of talented staff members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Guest Relations: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile! From handling guest feedback to resolving issues, you'll be at the forefront of creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operational Excellence: Assist with managing inventory, ordering supplies, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the General Manager to drive profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiencies.
- Marketing & Promotion: Work with the management team to support local marketing initiatives, special events, and community outreach programs that increase brand awareness and boost sales.
- Problem-Solving: Be a quick thinker and provide solutions to any challenges that may arise during service, always keeping the team’s morale high and the guests happy.
- Who You Are:
- A strong leader with a proven track record in restaurant management or a related field.
- A people person, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Highly organized, with an ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- An expert in customer service, always going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
