- UNDERSTANDING: Continuously performing market research with a deep understanding of market trends based on the assigned category to distinguish early indicators to be able to predict volatility in the marketplace and market demands.
- STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Strategic GTM planning in collaboration with Product Management, Key Partners, Marketing, and cross functional teams as needed. Contemplate Insight's specific GTM strategies based on identified client segments (i.e., Public Sector vs. Enterprise Sales)
- EXECUTION: Align with Sales Leadership, Product Management and GTM cross functional teams to drive effective execution of the overall planned strategy serving to our client needs with timelines and KPIs.
- MONITOR & ADAPT: Provide early and ongoing feedback/reporting for strategy improvement and to empower key stakeholders to make necessary decisions and adapt to changing market condition
- Support Request for Proposals (RFP's) and client specific discussions with category level data and expertise.
- Create programs to drive overall category share growth and reach other key financial results.
- Work in close partnership with Product Managers who support core category
- Collaborative involvement with key Partners and focus products for the category
- Work Together with Marketing to define category-based campaigns and promotional activities
- Strategize with Product Management, Marketing and OEM partners directly to maximize partner funding for key category campaigns
- Strategize and collaborate with key stakes holder on overall category pricing strategy based on competitive analysis, financial objectives, and secured Partner support.
- Build and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's), Business Units (BU's), and Distribution to enable and secure unique or exclusive .
- Opportunistic product buys planning, engagement, and execution to support Insight Sales teams and eCommerce motions.
- Inventory planning in collaboration with Procurement to meet product demand and ensure the sustainability of inventory.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Inventory and Supply Chain Management or related field of study; 3 to 5 years' directly related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing teams within the technology channel
- Ability to demonstrate executive-level professionalism
- Knowledge of IT services, software, hardware, licensing, and peripherals a plus.
- Must be self-driven, motivated and results oriented. Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
- Skill in planning, organizing, and managing time across multiple tasks needed.
- Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, presentation, persuasion and negotiation to achieve desired result.
- Demonstrate ability to be self-directed and initiate programs with little hands-on management
- Well experienced in Microsoft Office tools.
