- Assist with the input/data entry of Print / Out-of-Home campaigns
- Resolve campaign debits with the planners that are not in accordance with the media contract/Insertion Order
- Liaising with Omaha Shared Services to ensure payable issues are resolved.
- Investigating, fixing and/or following up on discrepancies with vendors and/or appropriate personnel to ensure they get cleared.
- Assisting the Operations Director and the overall team as needed on ad-hoc projects and assignments which are within the scope of the role.
- Strong math skills
- Extremely Detailed Oriented
- Enjoys and excels at problem-solving
- Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel (minimum Vlookups & Pivot Tables)
- Bilingualism would be a plus (French / English)
