Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Building Construction Industry

• Lead complex mechanical design projects, providing expert guidance and oversight.

• Professional engineering license in Ontario (P.Eng.) with over 10 years of design experience in the building construction industry, including a minimum of 5 years in Canada.
• Proven expertise in multi-unit residential projects, central plant systems, and DDC control systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards, such as OBC, ASHRAE, CSA, and ASPE.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to efficiently organize tasks, multitask, and adhere to deadlines.
