- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, skilled trades, technical, and high-volume production roles
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with start-up timelines
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive manufacturing labour markets
- Coordinate and conduct candidate screening interviews
- Facilitate interview scheduling and support hiring teams throughout the selection process
- Manage job postings across various platforms including job boards, social media, and community employment networks
- Build talent pipelines for critical and high-turnover roles in anticipation of ramp-up hiring demands
- Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment events as required
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with the Employment Standards Act, 2000, Human Rights Code, and applicable accessibility legislation
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through start date
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring volumes
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment initiatives
- Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support leaders and employees at all levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Conversation-level French language
- Experience in start-up recruitment environments
