You will be responsible for auditing outgoing shipments, generating and monitoring invoices, and supporting drivers during their arrival and departure to ensure fluidity. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills will help us maintain our high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Perform audits of outgoing shipments prior to dispatch.
  • Raise awareness among team members regarding errors and follow up with the shift leader.
  • Maintain and update audit records in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Finalize and close orders in the PC Data system.
  • Create invoices using the RMS software and organize them to ensure efficient distribution to drivers.
  • Monitor and track invoice status to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Calculate and incorporate additional charges, such as shipping fees, into invoices.
  • Verify the accuracy of all outgoing invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies identified by staff or customers.
  • Guide drivers when dropping off trailers and ensure proper trailer positioning.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in auditing, invoicing, or a related field.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with RMS or similar invoicing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve billing errors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Experience in the food or consumer packaged goods industry is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
  • AEC or DEP in Logistics or a related field.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is required.
