
Maintenance Technician (Electrician)

- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and installations following schedules and checklists.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair defects or malfunctions, including emergency and corrective repairs.
- Execute planned and complex maintenance tasks, sometimes supervising third-party technicians.
- Order spare parts, materials, or custom-made components as needed for maintenance or repairs.
- Carry out modifications, overhauls, and propose technical improvements based on expertise.
- Collaborate with management on quality and technical issues, providing solutions to avoid recurring problems.
- Log all maintenance activities in maintenance management systems to ensure proper records and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and procedures, addressing hazards proactively.
- Completion of Electrical apprenticeship.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and deal with various stakeholders with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Adaptable to a flexible work style and willingness to assist other functions where needed.
