- Collaborative Communicator: convey professionalism with all levels of management, senior executive management, internal and external stakeholders (orally, written and presentations)
- Strong Organizer: manage and prioritize calendar scheduling, including travel requirements, to ensure time is focused where it will have the most impact
- Proactive Self-starter: carry out special projects, as assigned and independently research, prioritize and follow up on status
- Meeting & Event Organizer: coordinate and conduct departmental meetings or team events
- Travel support: Assist in managing pre- and post-flight administrative requirements, invoicing, payments, and other duties as required
- Reception support: handle general inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy
- Strong initiative, positive attitude, ability to use discretion and to work well with others
- Professional corporate image combined with strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers, team members at all levels in the organization, and partners (verbal and written)
- Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and be decisive when necessary with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in a role that requires high degree of flexibility in terms of rapidly changing priorities and reasonably broad scope of deliverables (i.e. pure administration to project management-type work)
- Excellent calendar management, planning/organizing, business writing and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and knowledge of Adobe PDF, SAP, Concur, Success Factors and/or Workday
- 5+ years of equivalent experience partnering with senior-level executives
- Incredible grit, drive for success, commitment to delivering on promised outcomes, and sense of humour
- You must be a good human, and committed to customer, community, team and serving with purpose
- Background in Sales and/or Technology industry
- Knowledge of project management discipline
- Financial acumen
- Ability to travel
- French or second language is an asset
