Job Type: 3-month contract with strong potential to extendWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Distributor Sales Consultant to serve the territories of Victoria, Sooke, Saanich.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional to work with a leading distributor in the professional beauty industry. You'll be part of a passionate, growing team committed to empowering salon professionals and helping local beauty businesses thrive.Key Responsibilities:- Build strong, lasting relationships with salon owners, estheticians, and stylists in the assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Take sales orders, coordinate promotional activities, participate in salon events and activations.
- Provide clients with product knowledge, brand education, and basic social media support.
- Collaborate with customers to develop strategies that support their business growth.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze territory sales data.Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, beauty, salon, or related industry considered an asset
- Energetic and self-driven with a competitive spirit and strong customer focus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) is a strong asset.
