This position offers the chance to provide comprehensive, continuous care in a collaborative, modern, and supportive environment.
As a valued member of the healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients' health and wellbeing through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a wide range of conditions.Work Environment & Schedule
Private practice setting with administrative and clinical support staff.Hybrid model offering a mix of in-person and virtual consultations.Flexible full-time schedule (30-50 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough medical examinations and collect patient histories.Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases.Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and imaging.Prescribe and administer medications and treatments in accordance with best practices.Provide vaccinations and preventive care to support population health.Counsel patients and families on wellness, lifestyle, and disease prevention.Coordinate care and consult with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.Supervise and support staff involved in patient care and home care services.Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with public health reporting requirements.Act as a patient advocate to ensure quality and continuity of care.

Key Skills and Qualifications
