You'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.You'll play a key role in driving financial efficiency and productivity within the global Engineering function. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Engineering, Finance, and Regional teams), coordinate budgeting and reporting activities, and ensure alignment with the company's financial objectives.You'll specifically take care of maintaining cost models and tools for cost productivity, but also supporting the roll-out of Engineering Finance tools globally.We'll look to you for:Coordinating budgeting and monthly reporting activities for the Engineering Function and maintaining associated scorecardsEnsuring the cost of the global Engineering function aligns with company objectivesActing as a domain expert on subcontractingDriving cost productivity using cost models and related toolsPartnering with the Alstom Global Engineering Leader and their staff as a trusted finance partnerContributing to Alstom's Delivery Plan (twice a year) for EngineeringImproving self-servicing capabilities and online access to finance data for the Engineering teamEnsuring successful roll-out of companywide Engineering Finance tools and adherence to related KPIsPromoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conductAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
