- Needs Assessment: Identifying training needs through various methods like training needs analysis, performance reviews, and feedback from employees and supervisors.
- Program Development: Designing, developing, and implementing training programs, including creating training materials, selecting appropriate training methods, and developing
- Program Delivery: training sessions, workshops, or other learning events, potentially utilizing various methods like classroom training, on-line courses, or on-the-job training.
- Oversee: Coordinating training schedules, logistics, and communication with participants and

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a safety-related, training-related position or related technical position in the mining industry.
- Train the Trainer, Common Core modules (770120, 770010, 770225, 770141, 770210, 810050)
- A detailed understanding of safety risks and controls in the mining A thorough technical understanding of critical risk controls related to working at heights, LOTO, confined spaces, explosives, mobile equipment interaction, hazardous materials, ground control, lifting practices, equipment safe-guarding, and industrial hygiene.
- Experience in facilitating formal risk assessments and a thorough understanding of operational risk management systems.
- Knowledge and experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis
- A thorough understanding and experience in utilizing management of change principles
- A thorough understanding of emergency preparedness and emergency response
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and excellent written communication
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation
