We offer retiring advisors a fair valuation for their business and ensure a seamless transition for their clients.To learn more about Fidelity Wealth, please visit:How You’ll Make an ImpactAs a Product Owner on the Fidelity Wealth team, you will be responsible for representing business priorities and managing product delivery on a cross-functional scrum team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of critical wealth management capabilities, balancing business outcomes, regulatory considerations, and technology execution to deliver measurable value for advisors and clients.You will set the vision and direction for key wealth management capabilities, including but not limited to:Client onboarding experiencesFund transfer capabilitiesTrading functionalityThese capabilities are delivered in close partnership with Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) and other technology and business partners.You will also be responsible for:Developing and maintaining the product vision and roadmap for enhancements to the onboarding, fund transfer, and trading capabilities delivered with partnersOwning the product lifecycle end to end, from intake and prioritization through delivery, release, and post-implementation evaluationLeading user research and testingPrioritizing the product backlog, epics and storiesWriting clear epics and stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteriaDocumenting use cases and defining feature requirementsCollaborating with partners across technology, FCC, marketing, and operationsWorking with external partners to assess capabilities and align roadmapsUsing data to inform product roadmap choices and prioritiesEvaluating work generated by the scrum team including UAT participationDocumenting processes and enabling reviews with legal, risk, and compliancePartnering with Learning & Development to create training materials and job aidsLeading periodic business planning meetings and contributing to business reviewsWhat You’ll NeedAbility to understand client, advisor, and business needs and translate strategic objectives into actionAbility to develop a vision for product features and break them into clear and concise epics and storiesIn-depth knowledge of Agile product management processes and principlesStrong organizational, communication, presentation, and leadership skillsProven experience leading cross-functional teamsCapacity to lead, influence and motivate colleagues without formal authorityAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders and partnersWhat We’re Looking ForUniversity degree (Business, Commerce or related field) or equivalent work experience3+ years of relevant experienceAgile product management experienceExperience supporting client onboarding, fund transfer, or trading platforms is an assetExperience working with clearing or custody partners is an assetUnderstanding of wealth management business processes and experience in financial services is an assetScrum / Product Owner certification(s) is an assetBilingual (verbal and written) in English and French is an assetTotal Rewards That Reflect Your ImpactWe believe exceptional work deserves exceptional recognition.
