Hours 8AM-4PM
Pay Rate $23/hr
Notes Hybrid - 2 days/week in office: Weds & Thurs, starting October 2025 they will be in office Mon-Thurs, Fri WFHMust be able to pass a crim checkJob Responsibilities:
This position is to support the Rental Repairs desk which includes:
- processing invoices
- data entry
- other admin tasks related to rental equipment repairs.The ideal candidate will have:
  • Background in Supply Chain or Transportation would be an asset
  • Customer service - Vendors and Internal partners
  • Process Invoices, coding for Rental Repair invoices
  • Great attention to detail
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
IMPORTANT INFO FOR SCREENING CANDIDATES
- Must have 1 year of current Transportation Experience
- Excellent communication skills
