- Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding the organizations COR program
- Process COR Application Forms
- Process application requests and issuance of letters for COR reciprocity
- Complete COR Audit Processing: audit check-ins, audit registrations, and audit close outs
- Send monthly COR Audit Due and Past Due Emails/Correspondence
- Process COR Status Change Forms
- Complete weekly send out of COR audits for QA Desktop Audit Review
- Process COR Certificates
- Participate in COR document development as required
- Continually review COR processes and procedures and make recommendations as necessary
- Process Notice of Team Audit Activity (NOTAA) (support as required)
- Process Notice from External Auditors (NFEA) (support as required)
- Maintain/update the organizations COR audit documents
- Oversee the continual development and maintenance of program database (as it pertains to COR)
- 2-3+ years in an administrative/coordinator role - has office experience
- Previous experience with COR audits is an asset
- Communication - solid in written and verbal - high volume of emails - will have to decipher, obtain, and deliver information (decision making) need to be able to convey concepts, thoughts, messages. Good Listening skills.
- Comfortable to pivot workload and priorities when necessary
- Take initiative / be inquisitive / creative thinking
- Conflict resolution - Delivering news that may not be well received - ie rejecting an audit that's come through
- Detail oriented - note everything in database, checking for particular things to the report. Being comfortable in the grey and asking questions.
