Job Title: Senior Creative Team (Senior Art Director)Location: Hybrid in Toronto (2-3 days in office)
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shape compelling brand stories, push creative boundaries, and craft work that resonates with modern audiences.If you're a concept-driven creative with a passion for design excellence and storytelling, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.What You'll Do
As a senior creative contributor and partner, you will:
  • Develop and execute integrated creative concepts across digital, social, print, and film
  • Partner with copywriters and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
  • Translate strategic insights into compelling visual solutions
  • Present creative work with clarity and confidence to internal teams and clients
  • Refine and elevate work through feedback, maintaining a high standard of craft
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
  • Stay ahead of cultural and design trends to push creative into new territory
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in an art direction role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across mediums
  • Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to integrated work
  • Confidence presenting ideas and articulating creative rationale
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft
Nice to Have
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Background in fast-paced agency or studio environments
  • Recognition for creative work (awards, publications, etc.)
