Location: Toronto
Job Type: 12-month contract, hybrid - 2 days onsite per weekResponsibilities:- Engage with business users and stakeholders to identify and capture requirements through interviews and workshops.
- Review and assess current workflows to uncover opportunities for improvement using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Translate business needs into functional documentation, user stories, and solution blueprints.
- Prepare supporting artifacts such as process diagrams, user scenarios, and solution configuration plans.
- Design tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with organizational goals and Microsoft standards.
- Configure system elements such as entities, forms, fields, views, and dashboards using built-in features and low-code tools.
- Utilize the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance and automate CRM workflows.
- Support integrations or custom enhancements where required using third-party tools or APIs.
- Contribute to CRM project delivery phases: configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Partner with technical teams to implement custom features, integrations, and data migration.
- Execute test plans and participate in system validation and user acceptance testing.
- Develop training materials and conduct knowledge sessions for end-users and system administrators.
- Offer post-implementation support and identify opportunities for system refinement and optimization.Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) in functional or consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of core Dynamics modules like Sales, Customer Service, and optionally, Field Service and Marketing.
- Familiarity with Power Platform components including Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with solution customization, workflows, security roles, and business process automation.
- Basic understanding of CRM development tools (e.g., CRM SDK, JavaScript, APIs) for collaboration with technical teams.
- Exposure to Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps or Service Bus is an advantage.
- Experience supporting system releases and deployment management.Skills:- Proficient with Power Platform tools, Microsoft APIs, and CRM extensibility options.
- Understanding of Azure services including App Services, B2C, and cloud storage components.
- Experience with deployment pipelines using TFS or Azure DevOps.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising with both technical and business teams.
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Able to balance multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Education & Certifications:- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Microsoft certifications considered an asset, particularly: MB-230: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
