
Occupational Therapist

- Graduation from a recognized university program in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure in a practicing category with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as an Occupational Therapist;
- Two (2) years' recent related experience; and
- Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively, especially clients with frailty, or complex physical and mental health needs.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to travel between various sites.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position (lifting and moving residents safely).
