In addition, we offer Drayage service which refers to a specialty logistics service that carries freight containers over a short distance, an essential part of intermodal shipping. We take containers in and out of warehouses, rail terminals, ocean ports and harbors. This often involves taking huge steal shipping containers off rail cars and ship decks and then loading them onto truck trailers. From there, the container is transported to a warehouse or storage facility to get ready for the next step in the intermodal shipping process. We’re currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 Local Driver who’s ready to get off the highway and enjoy more home time. This role is a dual role with 60% yard duties and 40% driving duties.
