- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects through a balance of outbound outreach and inbound lead conversion
- Take restaurant owners from first contact to close with confidence, consistency, and urgency
- Lead compelling discovery calls and demos that connect prospect pain points to real product value
- Apply structured sales methodology to create urgency, drive consensus, and close business
- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, forecast accurately, and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Partner cross-functionally with Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and long-term success
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience (inbound and outbound), consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- A proven record of sales success and the ability to point to top performance metrics or awards
- A hunter's mindset, motivated by building pipeline, prospecting deeply, and winning competitive deals
- Strong discovery and demo skills, with the ability to connect customer challenges to clear business value
- Experience managing opportunities in a CRM (Salesforce experience is an asset)
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is preferred
