Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Handle a broad range of complex commercial litigation mattersDraft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and memorandaConduct legal research and case analysisManage client relationships and provide strategic legal adviceRepresent clients in court and alternative dispute resolution processesCollaborate with colleagues across the Advocacy Group and broader firmWhat you must have:3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation at a recognized law firmMember in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (or eligibility to transfer)Strong advocacy, analytical, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage files independently and work in a team-based environmentProven ability to develop and maintain client relationshipsSalary/Rate Range: $152,000.00 – $185,000.00Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
