We are currently in search of an individual, with patience and a penchant for child care, who can lend us their service in watching over our 14-year-old son after his school hours during weekdays. The caregiving period usually falls between 3 pm and 5 or 6 pm. Our son is on the Autism spectrum, which necessitates some unique needs to be taken into account. Our main requirement from you would not involve any heavily tasking responsibilities. Mostly, we would appreciate assistance in making sure he gets a simple snack after school. This could be anything from a pre-made sandwich in the fridge to a small bowl of fruit, depending on his preferences for the day. The goal is to ensure he has something to eat before dinner time. The other important aspect of this position would be to ensure our son stays within the home during your caregiving period. Essentially, we are among those parents who prioritize their child's safety above anything else. So we want to ensure he does not leave the home unsupervised. This will not involve any restraining or forced control, but kindly reminding him of the house rules, and keeping him interested in indoor activities. Though the responsibility and time required might seem limited, we are looking for someone committed and understanding, someone who can provide a safe, comfortable environment for our son during the short period in which we are unable to.MoreSalary: Negotiable, based on experienceLess than 20 hours/weekScheduleDesired start date Sep 2, 2025MorningAfternoonEveningOvernightMTWThFSaSuAge of the child(ren)Number of children in the family: 1Newborn1-2 years3-5 years6-9 yearsover 10 yearsNanny/Babysitter is responsible forPrepare meals for kidsAdditional requirementsNot Applicable Active: Today • Member since: August 2025Address
