- Collaborate with CIS teams to support the selection and deployment of endpoint devices across healthcare facilities.
- Partner with CIS resources, operational teams, and clinical teams during site visits to ensure technology deployment requirements are captured and documented.
- Contribute to testing plans, disaster recovery plans, and clinical user acceptance plans for user experience solutions.
- Support vendor assessments, requirements gathering, and project lifecycle activities, as well as process improvement initiatives.
- Perform testing and validation of endpoint device configurations.
- Assist with hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, imaging, asset tracking, and decommissioning.
- Gather user feedback and fine-tune endpoint devices to enhance the overall user experience.
- Maintain endpoint security compliance through patch management, antivirus administration, and configuration baselines.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and support guides.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration, or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to lead engagement, communications, requirement sessions, and training initiatives.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Windows and Thin Client endpoints
- Expertise working with Endpoint management tools (e.g. SCCM, Intune) and Presentation Systems (e.g. Citrix, Horizon, AVD).
- Travel throughout the province of New Brunswick and on-site work will be required.
