Customer Sales RepresentativeWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to represent a well-established environmental solutions company. In this role, you will play a key part in building brand presence, developing strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities through qualified leads.This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy working directly with homeowners, providing solutions, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home environmental testing and assess water quality or related concerns for homeowners
  • Educate customers through professional, engaging in-home presentations
  • Recommend customized whole-home solutions, including systems addressing chlorine, chloramines, hard water, and other common water issues
  • Evaluate installation requirements and provide accurate cost estimates
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Follow up on company-provided leads, gather relevant information, and schedule appointments
  • Provide weekly updates on schedules, lead progress, and activity to the National Sales Manager
  • Process customer orders, collect payments, and coordinate installations with service teams
  • Participate in post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Represent the company with professionalism in appearance, communication, and attitude
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required)
  • Must reside locally and be legally eligible to work in Canada
Additional Information
  • Full-time, in-person position (not remote)
  • Training is conducted at our head office in Stoney Creek, Ontario
  • Candidates must be able to travel to customer appointments
