- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, construction, and technical roles
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to clients with well-structured summaries and insights
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates to understand career goals and market trends
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver on searches efficiently
- Stay up to date on market trends within engineering, construction, and infrastructure sectors
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related client-facing role (agency experience preferred)
- Relationship Builder: Strong ability to connect with candidates and build trust quickly
- Self-Starter: Proactive and driven-comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Attention to Detail: Ability to assess resumes, identify key experience, and match candidates to roles effectively
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and engage
- Resilience & Drive: Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with a sense of urgency
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team success
- Willingness to Learn: Eager to develop knowledge in engineering and construction markets
- University degree or diploma preferred
- Base Salary: $50,000
- On Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped commission structure
