In this role, you will:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including analysis, variance investigation, and preparation of working papers
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles by building financial models, tracking performance, and providing actionable insights
- Provide financial oversight on large, multi-year capital projects, including cost tracking, forecasting, and risk analysis
- Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements
- Oversee inventory processes, including valuation, reconciliation, and reporting
- Evaluate revenue-generating opportunities and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare financial analysis related to operations, contracts, and new business initiatives
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support financial clarity and alignment
- CPA designation (required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or financial management
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Exposure to capital projects, inventory, or project-based environments is an asset
- Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is an asset
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work
