- Support drafting of job descriptions, scheduling of intake meetings, and interviews with tech leaders and HR Business Partner.
- Coordinate offer drafting, approvals, and distribution to new hires, background checks, first day details, and day 1 onboarding scheduling.
- Oversee digital onboarding logistics, within ATS and HRIS systems.
- Act as the primary HR liaison for coordinating immersion-related tasks such immersion planning, scheduling, and tracking of new hires.
- Maintaining and updating the new hire immersion program within the digital team to ensure its aligned with new developments and changes of the business.
- Coordinate post-hire activities and ensure benefit documentation (e.g., package pickup emails, overview scheduling) is delivered.
- Provide support to the Business Partner with team member development program.
- Manage resignation administration, exit interviews, document uploads, and coordination with IT for equipment return.
- Send out offboarding communications and ensure closure of team member records.
- Draft and manage promotion and transfer letters, team member letters (including special requests), salary adjustment documents and etc.
- Supporting tuition reimbursement program Q/A and submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of HR coordination or specialist experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment.
- Strong familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, ICIMS).
- Good understanding of employment legislation specific to Ontario. (i.e.) Employment Standards Act,
- Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.
- Good understanding/working knowledge of HR policies/procedures and employee relations.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, documentation workflows, and tech collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting technical or IT departments.
- Knowledge of US HR compliance requirements for onboarding/offboarding.
- Exposure to digital workflow automation tools and shared services coordination.
